As a leading sales consultant in Perth's two-storey property market, Richelle is passionate about assisting clients in finding the perfect land and designing their dream home.

Most recently, Richelle has held a senior role in the Mining Industry, showcasing her versatile skill set. Her love of new homes has led her back to the building industry, where her affinity for people, numbers, and contract management allows her to expertly guide clients through the entire building process.

Known for her genuine, down-to-earth nature and unwavering commitment to problem-solving, Richelle helps clients to achieve their ideal build whether that’s intended as a personal residence or as part of an investment portfolio.

Jon is a highly accomplished sales professional within the construction industry, having worked with some of Perth's largest builders.

Drawing from his engineering background, Jon's expertise spans across custom single and double storey homes and three storey projects.

With over two decades of experience in retail sales, management, and business ownership, Jon's level of customer service makes him a trusted and reliable partner for clients embarking on their building journey.

Melissa brings over 15 years experience across a variety of roles within the construction industry to deliver an exceptional journey for Into Place clients.

Her significant experience in the construction contracting field has lead Melissa to have a thorough understanding of the entire construction process to ensure a smooth client experience.

Melissa guides our clients in making their new residence feel like home. She has an eye for detail, and coupled with her further studies in Interior Design, prides herself on being across current industry trends to provide valuable input into finishing selections.

Joe and his wife Vicky started Premium Developments more than 35 years ago. Premium Developments has built a reputation for outstanding quality and service. Joe has been a member of the HIA and MBA for 25 years and has served as a HIA and MBA House Award Judge over for 12 years.

Joe takes pride in all jobs no matter how big or small, leading his team of trusted trades to achieve quality craftmanship on all Premium Development projects.

As Construction Supervisor at Premium Developments, Ralph brings over 16 years experience in the building industry to partner with Into Place in bringing our neighbourhoods to life.

Ralph has overseen a variety of projects across both the residential and commercial sectors including luxury custom-designed homes, multi-unit developments, group housing and commercial fit-outs. Truth be told, there isn’t a lot Ralph hasn’t put his hand to.
