Into Place is proudly part of Lenticular Group Pty Ltd.
Nominated Building Partners
Into Place has nominated building partners for selected projects: Diamond Valley Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Premium Developments BC 9024 and Gorton Building Group Pty Ltd BC 36614.
Customers will engage with and enter into a building contract directly the nominated building partner for the construction of their home in accordance with the respective builders terms and conditions. Into Place makes no representations, gives no warranty, nor holds any liability relating to the business activities of the nominated building partners.

Government Grants: Grants, including the First Homeowners Grant are subject to eligibility and strict criteria. Into Place makes no representation and gives no warranty of eligibility and furthermore does not guarantee that the timeframes required will be achieved. Townhouse and Land Packages
Townhouse and Land Packages advertised comprise of two separate pricing components: (1) House price and (2) Land price.
Advertised Pricing: Prices specified may vary and be subject to change once all site works plans are completed and the current market value of the land and other relevant costs are taken into consideration. The Nominated Building Partner and the owner of the land reserve the right to alter the home, land and site work prices.
House Prices: On a typical site, the house price component of the advertised price includes: (a) the specified floor plan and specification; and (b) a site works allowance. Typical site conditions are subject to change following a detailed site-specific analysis which includes, but is not limited to, a site survey and a soil classification report, energy assessment, bushfire attach level report. The final house design is subject to change, based on site specific requirements, and any local Government or developer covenants, which are beyond Into Place’s control.
The elevation and images are for illustrative purposes only. Illustrations may include features not included as standard or not supplied by Into Place, including but not limited to;
elevation features, landscaping features such as planter boxes, turf, letterbox, outdoor areas, retaining walls, water features, pergolas, screens, gates, fences, paving, decking, feature lighting, BBQ’s and outdoor kitchens.
Land prices: The land component of the advertised price includes the purchase price of the land. The advertised price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs, or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. The landowner reserves the right to alter the price of the land without notice. The information and pricing is correct at time of publication or printing, but subject to change without notice.
Occasionally, the owner of the land may provide rebates or other incentives to eligible purchasers. These may have been included in the advertised price and are subject to change. The landowner may also provide marketing support to Into Place by way of a marketing fee. Where applicable, all rebates, incentives and fees will be outlined within contractual documentation.
Mosaic Estate, Balcatta Townhouse & Land Packages: Townhouse and land packages advertised at Mosaic Estate, Balcatta are subject to a rebate of $15,000 payable by the developer to the client after settlement. Into Place’s advertised townhouse and land package prices have been reduced to reflect this rebate. Into Place is not responsible for, nor warrants the payment of this rebate from the developer to the client and does not represent the developer in any way. Offer current as at 22 February 2023.
Kennedy Bay, Townhouse & Land Packages: Townhouse and land packages advertised at Kennedy Bay are subject to a rebate of $25,000 payable by the developer to the client after settlement, providing land settlement occurs before 31 December 2023. Into Place’s advertised townhouse and land package prices have been reduced to reflect this rebate. Into Place is not responsible for, nor warrants the payment of this rebate from the developer to the client and does not represent the developer in any way. Offer current as at 22 February 2023.
Into Place is not the owner of the land but has received permission from the owner of the land to advertise the land for the price specified. Into Place is not a licensed real estate agent and cannot provide advice relating to the specifics of the land, all queries are to be directed to the landowners nominated real estate agent.
