Customers will engage with and enter into a building contract directly the nominated building partner for the construction of their home in accordance with the respective builder’s terms and conditions. Into Place makes no representations, gives no warranty, nor holds any liability relating to the business activities of the nominated building partners.

Into Place makes no representation and gives no warranty of eligibility and furthermore does not guarantee that the timeframes required will be achieved. House and Land Packages

House and Land Packages advertised comprise of two separate pricing components: (1) House price and (2) Land price.

House Price: On a typical site, the house price component of the advertised price includes: (a) the specified floor plan and inclusions; and (b) a site works allowance. Typical site conditions are subject to change following a detailed site-specific analysis which includes, but is not limited to, a site survey and a soil classification report, energy assessment, bushfire attack level (BAL) report.

The final house design is subject to change, based on site specific requirements, local Government requirements or developer covenants, which are beyond Into Place’s control.

The elevation and images are for illustrative purposes only. Illustrations may include features not included as standard or not supplied by Into Place, including but not limited to elevation features, landscaping features such as planter boxes, turf, letterbox, outdoor areas, retaining walls, water features, pergolas, screens, gates, fences, paving, decking, feature lighting, BBQ’s and outdoor kitchens.

Land prices: The land component of the house and land package includes the purchase price of the land, as determined by the landowner. The advertised price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs, or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land.

The landowner reserves the right to alter the price of the land without notice. The information and pricing is correct at time of publication or printing, but subject to change without notice.

The landowner may provide rebates or other incentives to eligible purchasers. These incentives will be outlined in the land contract of purchase and may have been included in the advertised price. The landowner may also provide marketing support to Into Place by way of a marketing fee.

Advertised Pricing: Advertised prices are correct at time of publishing, but are subject to change. The landowner and nominated building partner reserve the right to change the advertised price without notice, anytime prior to a contract being entered into.

Authority; Into Place is not the landowner but has received permission to advertise the land for the price specified. Into Place is not a licensed real estate agent and cannot provide advice relating to the specifics of the land, all queries are to be directed to the landowners nominated real estate agent.

Standard Inclusions

Inclusions: Into Place provides a range of standard inclusions with each home, which typically comprises internal wall painting, floor coverings, window treatments, and air-conditioning. We also run a All-electric specification, which includes solar PV, induction cooktops, heat pumps, EV charging provisions to every home.

The two standard Inclusions are referred to as Distinctive Inclusions, and Timless Inclusions. A full list if inclusions can be found on the link provided.

Projects: The standard inclusions are incorporated into the advertised house and land package price; however, these may be subject to variation to accommodate specific project requirements. For detailed information regarding project-specific inclusions, please refer to the brochure download for a comprehensive list of inclusions.

The advertised price is general information only and may be subject to change without prior notice and based on land availability.

Into Place reserves to substitute the make, model or type of any products should the product become unavailable or due to a change of supplier. All furniture, screens, landscaping and decorative finishes are not offered by Into Place.

Whilst this offer was relevant at the time of the insertion of this advertisement, Into Place is unable to guarantee its availability at the time of enquiry, however all attempts will be made to keep information current. Our prices include a provisional sum for site works, which is indicative of the suburb in which the home is being proposed.

This will only be fixed after receiving proper contour surveys and engineering details. The land price component does not include transfer duty, settlement costs and any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. Where a set price has been determined for Bushfire Attack Level (BAL), coastal requirements, noise attenuation requirements and / or covenants and guidelines, this will be included in the total price.
