Step 1 Site Assessment
Whether you already own a block or are looking to purchase, understanding the particulars of your site is important to getting started. We will schedule an onsite meeting to ensure we maximise on the opportunities it presents and how this may influence the final design of your residence.

Step 2 Budgeting
Before we commence your design, we need to understand your budget and the ideas you have for your new residence. This will also factor in your chosen elevation, level of finishes and specific site conditions.

Step 3 Design Concept
During the initial design meeting we will present our portfolio of designs. This will be used as a guide to develop your design brief including a list of must-have features so drawings can start. We will then present the design concept plans and elevation materials.

Step 4 Pricing Estimate
Once we have your design in place, we will sit down with our building partner, Premium Developments, to prepare a formal quotation. This will be a detailed, itemised quote which includes any site associated costs.

Step 5 Getting Started
Now you’re happy with your design and quote, it’s time to get started. We will commence detailed documentation, engineering and importantly your interior design selection process and any relevant approvals.
